Your Sociogram Profile

Your Sociogram profile is your passport to the Web3 social ecosystem. It's where you establish your identity, manage your on-platform funds, and showcase your project. All you need to get started is a crypto wallet.

Creating Your Personal Profile

Setting up your profile is simple, secure, and takes less than a minute.

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

Your wallet is your key. We support a wide range of wallets across multiple blockchains:

  • EVM Chains: Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon
  • Solana: Native support for the Solana network

Step 2: Customize Your Presence

Make your profile stand out. Click 'Edit Profile' to customize your digital identity:

  • Avatar: Upload a profile picture.
  • Cover Image: Choose a banner image that represents you.
  • Bio: Write a short description about yourself or your interests.

For Web3 Projects: Get Verified

An official, verified profile is the best way to build trust and authority on Sociogram. A verification badge shows the community that you are the authentic voice of your project.

Benefits of Verification

  • Establish Trust: A verified badge instantly distinguishes your official account from fakes and impersonators, protecting your brand and your users.
  • Unlock Opportunities: Verification opens the door to exclusive cross-promotion activities and co-marketing campaigns with the Sociogram team.
  • Completely Free: We believe in supporting legitimate projects. There are no fees for the verification process.

How to Get Verified

  1. Initiate the Request: After creating your profile, click "Edit Profile" and navigate to the "Name" tab. This will redirect you to the official application form.

Verification Application

  1. Submit Your Application: Fill out the form with your project's details.

  2. Await Review: Our team will review your application. This process takes up to 7 business days.

  3. Activate Your Project Name: Once verified, the "Name" field in your profile becomes active, allowing you to set an official project name.

Please Note: A verified project name cannot be changed without contacting support at [email protected].

Managing Your Sociogram Balance

Sociogram uses a multi-layered balance system designed for clarity, security, and control. At the heart of this system is your central Main Balance (your primary wallet), supported by several specialized Sub-Balances for different activities like advertising and Mini Apps development.

Your Main Balance: The Central Hub

Your Main Balance is the core of your on-platform finances. It serves as the single point for depositing funds from external crypto wallets and withdrawing them.

  • Primary Uses: Tipping creators, funding Reward Posts, and other social network features.
  • Supported Assets: USDR and SOL.
  • How it Works: You have dedicated deposit addresses for both USDR and SOL, allowing you to transfer funds from your personal wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom) to top up your Main Balance.

Specialized Sub-Balances

Sub-balances help you organize your funds and provide clear accounting within the Sociogram ecosystem. You can make instant, internal transfers between your Main Balance and these sub-balances.

Sociogram Ads Balances

Profile Example

  • Advertiser Balance: This balance is exclusively for funding ad campaigns on Sociogram Ads.
    • How it works: Transfer funds from your Main Balance to your Advertiser Balance to set campaign budgets. Any unused funds can be transferred back to your Main Balance at any time.
  • Publisher Balance: This is where you accumulate all your earnings from displaying ads on your website.
    • How it works: Revenue is credited to your Publisher Balance. You can then "claim" these earnings by transferring them to your Main Balance, from where they can be withdrawn.

Developer Balance

  • Developer Balance: This balance is for builders monetizing their creations on the platform.
    • How it works: All revenue generated from Mini Apps or Chat Bots (e.g., in-app purchases, transaction fees) will accumulate in your Developer Balance. Like the Publisher Balance, these earnings can be transferred to your Main Balance for withdrawal.
